This can effect the way we walk due to a weakness from the waistline and core area that feed directly into the hip. The hip muscles become weak over time which then turns to a throbbing and achy pain. Clients then think that injections and massages will help but they prove the opposite as the hip is still out of alignment and injections do not strengthen muscles or change them. The only way to address these imbalances and weaknesses in the hip is to work closely with your alignment and wake the muscles back up.</image:caption>

Most knee replacements have a waiting list of 9months and most of the time this can be totally avoided unless of course you have little to no cartridge left. Meniscus tears or ACL DAMAGE CAN BE FIXED. But Pilates goes way beyond the simple squat as we have 3 footwork systems that strengthen the foot into the knee muscles.</image:caption>

Shoulder dropped, pain in arm or neck or even back of the shoulder can only be relieved through somatic and Pilates exercises which addresses the nervous systems reconnection to the movement of the muscles so that the shoulder may align and strengthen properly.</image:caption>
