BOOK A CLASS

Bookings

There are only 15 spaces per class.

Please book in as many classes as you wish

When booking , create an account (username and password)so that you may see your history and upcoming appointments.

You can reschedule a class up to 24 hours before it begins at no cost.

You will receive an email notification to confirm your bookings.

WHAT TO WEAR

I get asked this question all the time 😊

Woman - leggings or loose trousers. General gym gear. NO Shoes..just socks if you wish.

Men- Long shorts or jogging pants.
