Complete Beginner ?
If you have never tried Pilates before and unsure of the best way to go about it, then please continue reading so that I may guide you with your next step.
1. Do you have any injuries and struggle to get down onto the floor ?
If yes, then it would be wise to begin with a 1-1 assessment
If no, then you can pop down to a beginners mat class and give it a try.
2. Do you have specific requirements ? For example : EXERCISES FOR BACK PAIN TREATMENT, correct your posturE, Strengthen your knees, strengthen your stomach muscles
3. Do you struggle with your confidence in group classes due to weight, poor coordination, Balance etc ?
