Complete Beginner ?

If you have never tried Pilates before and unsure of the best way to go about it, then please continue reading so that I may guide you with your next step.

1. Do you have any injuries and struggle to get down onto the floor ?

If yes, then it would be wise to begin with a 1-1 assessment

If no, then you can pop down to a beginners mat class and give it a try.

2. Do you have specific requirements ? For example : EXERCISES FOR BACK PAIN TREATMENT, correct your posturE, Strengthen your knees, strengthen your stomach muscles

If yes, then I would advise starting with a 1-1 assessment and then we can discuss further options like 1-1s

 3. Do you struggle with your confidence in group classes due to weight,  poor coordination, Balance etc ?

If yes, then I would recommend starting with a 1-1 assessment (please click link )
