Complete Beginner ?

If you have never tried Pilates before and unsure of the best way to go about it, then please continue reading so that I may guide you with your next step.

Beginners and advanced Pilates are worlds apart.

As a beginner (even if you are as fit as a fiddle )it is strongly advised to start right at the very beginning. In a beginners class the pace is slower, we break exercises down more, go through the breathing and engagement every week and most importantly teach at a level so that you feel comfortable and connected to what it is you are meant to be doing.

NO NEED TO HAVE PRIVATE SESSIONS - in a beginners class you are perfectly fine to come along without any prior experience. Honestly, do not overthink it , just grab your car keys and come down. We are all like minded people here and we are all at a pilates class for the same reason…to stretch, fix the body, and relax. Oh , did I just say relax ! Yes…Relax. At the end of every session I Like to do a small section on relaxation exercises maybe focusing on the diaphragmatic breathing or stretching those hamstrings.

Learn Pilates with this Online Mini Course for just £9.99

Most beginners have never done any Pilates before and are always concerned about their capabilities or trying to keep up with everyone in class. This is perfectly natural to feel this way and that’s why I recorded a mini course to help you understand what pilates is all about. In this mini course which consists of 4 lessons in total , I break down all the exercises that you would cover in 4 privates with me or a 2 hour workshop. Both of these are costly in comparison to my online course with my online course only costing £9.99 which can be viewed from your Ipad, laptop or TV.
